HepaHealth has been selected as a Semi-Finalist for the 2020 President’s Innovation Challenge at Harvard University. This annual competition is open to all students and postdoctoral research fellows and hosted by the Harvard Innovation Labs.
Launching on February 4, the Challenge will take place over twelve weeks calls on the Harvard Community to think big and develop solutions to the World’s most pressing challenges. HepaHealth will receive advanced training in all aspects of entrepreneurship, tailored mentorship from industry experts, and support from an experienced advising team. The Challenge culminates in the selection of 25 Finalists that will compete for $510,000 in prizes.
“In a given year, the teams competing in the President’s Innovation Challenge represent the extraordinary talent that exists across the University,” said Harvard President Lawrence Bacow. “The wide range of problems to which they have applied their knowledge and skills gives me great hope.
The President’s Innovation Challenge prizes are made possible by a generous gift from the Bertarelli Foundation, founded by Maria Iris, Dona, and Ernesto Bertarelli (Harvard University MBA 1993). The Bertarelli Foundation supports solutions to big issues in life science research and marine conversation by partnering with scientists, governments, and NGOs all over the world.
